The residence of via Campari have been completed. The buildings, located where the Campari factory once stood, have been realized by Moretti Real Estate and designed by Mario Botta and Giancarlo Marzorati. The residences occupy two multifloor buildings and fit perfectly within the surrounding context. The architectural design adopted solutions (e.g. large terraces) that lighten the horizontal and vertical impact of the buildings. The fired brick façade not only gives a particular look to the building, but also contributes to the regulation of light and temperature. The characterizing features of the complex are the large terraces and terraced gardens, that add more enjoyable space and perfectly complement the interior of the building. As far as cutting edge technological systems are concerned, METRA plays a major role: the apartments feature NC-S 150 STH Rodos and shutter NC 72.1 STH / NC 65 STH and the ground floor windows feature the Poliedra–Sky 50 system, all of which are varnished in RAL 9005 30 Gloss black. NC-S 150 STH Rodos system include triple-glazing glass (double argon cavity 90% Ug= 0,7 W/m²K), which allow reaching a thermal transmittance average of Uw= 1,8 W/m²K, with a low emissivity face 5 treatment and a sound insulation value of Rb= 40dB. The shutter systems and the windows of the ground floor feature double-glazing windows (Ug= 1 W/m²K) which allow reaching a thermal transmittance average of Uw=1,8W/m²K, with a low emissivity face 3 treatment and a sound insulation value of Rb= 40dB (Rb= 42 dB for the windows).
